Alec is the HR partner of Federal Affairs, Corporate and Customer Service for one of the worlds leading clean energy company.

Alex is responsible for serving as the human resources leader for respective division executives by driving operational excellence through trusted partnerships and strategic HR guidance. His focuses include talent & succession planning, cultural & engagement strategy, organization design and change management leadership. He provides counsel regarding employment & labor relations, leadership development, training, mergers & acquisitions, targeted recruiting, and organizational effectiveness. He was promoted to his current position in 2016 after serving as a senior HR advisor.

Prior to joining his current organization, Alex served as corporate HR manager for North American Programs at a Fortune 250 office supplies company responsible for HR initiatives, program design and implementation within the retail division. He also worked for the worlds third largest retailer, in multiple roles with increasing responsibility in the Human Resources, Investigations, Safety and Assets Protection divisions, ultimately serving as a senior manager for Human Resources and market resource leader.

Alex currently serves as a president, director and board secretary for multiple boards with South FL. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management and has 15+ years of HR, people and investigative experience.
